REFUND POLICY

At American Boss, our priority is ensuring a top-notch experience for our customers, keeping them satisfied and engaged. Nonetheless, should our products not meet your expectations for any reason, we offer the option of a return, replacement, or a full refund.


Upon placing an order with American Boss, you are acknowledging and agreeing to our terms, conditions, and policies without exception. It is crucial to thoroughly comprehend these guidelines and determine when and where they are applicable, as well as whether our team will approve or deny your requests.


Additionally, it's important to note that while our products are crafted from the most durable materials in the industry to offer a unique experience compared to other brands, they are not invincible. We kindly request that you refrain from subjecting them to any "strength tests" depicted in our advertisements for entertainment purposes; doing so will disqualify you from any refund or replacement options.


Each American Boss product is backed by a 45-DAY RISK-FREE GUARANTEE, ensuring that you have the opportunity to request a full refund within this timeframe from the delivery date if the product fails to meet your expectations.


FOR RETURNS & REFUNDS:


To qualify for a return and refund, you MUST meet the following criteria:

  • We only accept returns within the first 45 calendar days from the date of delivery, as per USPS tracking information.
  • The product must be in PERFECT or UNUSED condition. We will request a picture or video before initiating the return and refund process.
  • Physically broken, scratched, or damaged products are not accepted. Our team meticulously inspects all received products. If you ship the product under the aforementioned conditions, you are not entitled to a refund.
  • All products and accessories included in your order MUST BE RETURNED. If anything is missing, a $10 charge will be deducted from the refunded amount. 

If you meet the above conditions, please contact our support team at info@americanboss.com with the subject: RETURN + ORDER NUMBER. Additionally, please attach any media (video or image) to confirm whether the product is in perfect condition or exhibits the issue you're facing, based on your requirements. If you qualify for a return, we will provide you with our warehouse address for shipping the product back to our headquarters via UPS, USPS, or any other preferred courier.


NOTE: PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR ORDER NUMBER OR ANY OTHER INFORMATION THAT HELPS US IDENTIFY YOUR DETAILS INSIDE THE PACKAGE.


Failure to do so may result in a longer-than-expected refund process.

Customers are responsible for covering the return label costs. No exceptions will be made. We recommend sending the product back in a small box or envelope to save on shipping costs.


Please be aware:

  • Upon receipt of the product, a refund will be issued within 5-7 business days if it is approved.
  • American Boss Premium Care and Order Processing Priority ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
  • Express Shipping IS NON-REFUNDABLE.

ONCE YOUR RETURN IS CONFIRMED, YOU WILL HAVE ONLY 7 CALENDAR DAYS TO SHIP THE PRODUCT(S) BACK. Failure to do so within 7 calendar days will result in the cancellation of your return and refund.

*If you request a return and refund after the specified days from the delivery date, or if you fail to meet and accept ALL the conditions outlined above, you will NOT BE ELIGIBLE, and your support ticket will be automatically closed. No exceptions will be made.

AMERICAN BOSS LIFETIME WARRANTY:
At American Boss, we are dedicated to providing you not only with a durable smartwatch, but also with peace of mind. That's why every American Boss smartwatch comes with a Lifetime Warranty, tailored to ensure your satisfaction and trust in our products.

Warranty Period:
The Lifetime Warranty is valid for a period of two years from the date of delivery. This timeframe aligns with the estimated life cycle of our smartwatches, ensuring you receive our full support when it matters most.

THIS WARRANTY APPLIES TO ORDERS PLACED SINCE AUGUST 1ST, 2023.

Coverage:
Our Lifetime Warranty covers any software malfunctions or factory defects that you might encounter. We take pride in our craftsmanship, and if your smartwatch doesn't perform as expected due to manufacturing issues, we're here to help.

Exclusions:
Please note, our warranty does not cover physical abuse or damages caused to the product by accident such as scratches, drops, shocks, or breakages. Lost, stolen, or disposed units are also not covered. We encourage you to handle your American Boss smartwatch with care, as these types of damages fall outside the scope of our warranty.

Claim Process:
To initiate a warranty claim, simply send an email to info@americanboss.com. In your email, include a description of the issue, along with proof of purchase and any relevant details.

Remember, our Lifetime Warranty allows for one replacement per product, ensuring fairness and quality service for all our customers.

If your inquiry is successfully approved, we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label so you can return the product to our offices. Please try to send it within the first 72 hours to ensure faster support.
After we receive and inspect the defective device, we will arrange for a new shipment, and you will receive your replacement product within 3 to 5 business days.

KEEP IN MIND: IF YOU DECIDE TO SHIP THE PRODUCT YOURSELF WITHOUT NOTIFYING US IN ADVANCE, YOUR PACKAGE WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY DISCARDED. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE

FOR ORDER CANCELLATIONS:
If you have placed an order through our website, you have a 30-minute window to cancel it. Simply send us an email at info@americanboss.com with the subject "CANCEL + ORDER NUMBER," and we will assist you promptly.

NOTE: If more than 30 minutes have elapsed since the purchase was made and the email was sent, we regret to inform you that, due to high demand, we will be unable to cancel your order, and it will be automatically processed for shipment.

We may be able to accommodate changes or edits to your current order if necessary.

This includes the following scenarios:

- Delivery or Billing Address
- Adding Items to your order
- Shipping Method
- Discounts

AMERICAN BOSS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR INCORRECTLY ENTERED ADDRESSES BY THE CUSTOMER, AND WE WILL NOT ISSUE ANY REFUNDS. PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU ENTER THE CORRECT INFORMATION BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER.

IF YOU PROVIDED THE CORRECT INFORMATION AND THE PACKAGE IS STOLEN OR LOST DURING TRANSIT, YOU ARE ENTITLED TO A 50% PARTIAL REFUND AS SHIPPING CARRIERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR SUCH INCIDENTS.


FOR RETURNED TO SENDER AND REFUSED PACKAGES:
Once we receive the package back at our facilities, you have the option for a RESHIPMENT AT NO COST or a FULL REFUND.
