FOR RETURNS & REFUNDS:
To qualify for a return and refund, you MUST meet the following criteria:
- We only accept returns within the first 45 calendar days from the date of delivery, as per USPS tracking information.
- The product must be in PERFECT or UNUSED condition. We will request a picture or video before initiating the return and refund process.
- Physically broken, scratched, or damaged products are not accepted. Our team meticulously inspects all received products. If you ship the product under the aforementioned conditions, you are not entitled to a refund.
- All products and accessories included in your order MUST BE RETURNED. If anything is missing, a $10 charge will be deducted from the refunded amount.
If you meet the above conditions, please contact our support team at info@americanboss.com with the subject: RETURN + ORDER NUMBER. Additionally, please attach any media (video or image) to confirm whether the product is in perfect condition or exhibits the issue you're facing, based on your requirements. If you qualify for a return, we will provide you with our warehouse address for shipping the product back to our headquarters via UPS, USPS, or any other preferred courier.

Failure to do so may result in a longer-than-expected refund process.
Customers are responsible for covering the return label costs. No exceptions will be made. We recommend sending the product back in a small box or envelope to save on shipping costs.
